Jungul is free to use, and no fees are incurred until a sale has been made—there are no listing fees. However, there are fees incurred when selling plants on our platform. These fees are calculated based on the total of the item price and shipping cost combined. The fees include: Payment Processing Fee: 1.5% plus 20 pence. Transaction Fee: 3.5%. For example, if you sell a plant for £10 with £2 shipping, the total cost is £12. The fees would be calculated as follows: Payment Processing Fee: 1.5% of £12 (£0.18) plus 20 pence, totaling £0.38. Transaction Fee: 3.5% of £12, which is £0.42. Therefore, the total fees would be £0.38 (Payment Processing Fee) + £0.42 (Transaction Fee) = £0.80. This combined fee structure ensures that our platform remains sustainable while providing valuable services to our users.
